Warranty:

If there’s a defect in your merchandise, ship it back to us and we'll make things right. All Tomboy Trades Ltd. products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects up to 30 days from your purchase at Zellers. If Moxie Trades determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll replace it.

Unsolicited Idea Policy

Moxie Trades Ltd. thrives on creative, fun, and new ideas and we appreciate individual interest in submitting ideas, proposals and suggestions.  At Moxie Trades Ltd.  we have a research and development program and are planning on expanding our brands for women, men and children including new product innovations.  It is possible that unsolicited ideas or proposals that are submitted are already under consideration or are already in the planning stages. Moxie Trades Ltd. will not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, suggestions or proposals including areas for new advertising, marketing campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products, technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names.  Please do not send any original creative artwork, suggestions or other works.    Please do not send any unsolicited ideas, information or any product and marketing correspondence. If Moxie Trades Ltd. does receive any unsolicited submission of ideas or information of any kind (“Information”), the following terms shall apply:

(1) Information will automatically become the property of Moxie Trades Ltd., without compensation to any person or persons that submitted it;

(2) Moxie Trades Ltd. will be allowed to use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, including providing Information to other parties as it deems appropriate;

(3) The person(s) submitting Information assigns and transfers to Moxie Trades Ltd. absolutely and without further obligation on the part of Moxie Trades Ltd. all right and interest in and to the Information including all copyright therein and waives any claim to moral rights in the Information.
