Your participation in the contest, including your submission of a photos, comments and/or video to Moxie Trades via mail, fax, email, or online through email to moxietradesusa.wpengine.com or any of our social media sites shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below by Moxie Trades ltd.
By entering the Contest, except where prohibited by law, entrants understand and acknowledge that Moxie Trades Ltd. may conduct a background investigation concerning them and that you may be required to sign and return a release granting Moxie Trades the right to use your name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and province/state), testimonials and entry in connection with promoting the Moxie Trades Ltd. brand.
To enter, please post a photo and add comments or submit a video that demonstrates “Why You are the MOXIEST WORK WOMAN.” Entries must be no longer than 120 seconds long.
Only one entry per contestant is permitted
All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on November 30, 2017.
Video Creation Requirements. Videos can be shot with camera phones, digital video cameras or any other digital moving image format.
Acceptable source video includes sources that are not copyrighted. Contestant takes responsibility that all images and soundtracks are not copyrighted material. This means, do NOT use commercial copyrighted music or images.
Entries may not contain obscene language or content, including but not limited to: nudity, profanity, or graphic violence.
Entries can be in any format. A maximum 120 second video should not exceed 60MB.

By submitting your entry to Moxie Trades Ltd. in relation to the Contest you represent, warrant and undertake to Moxie Trades Ltd. that your Entry (i) is your own original work and that you have the sole right to submit it to the Contest (ii) does not violate in any way rights of third parties including copyright and other intellectual property rights and (iii) does not violate any applicable laws.

Each entrant agrees to indemnify Moxie Trades Ltd. from any third party claims arising from or related to that entrant’s participation in the Contest. Moxie Trades Ltd. will judge all eligible entries based on the following entry criteria: Relevance to America’s Moxiest Work Woman (e.g. living fearlessly with passion, independence, energy and spirit.
The winner shall be the entry receiving the greatest number of votes. IN THE EVENT MOXIE TRADES LTD. DETERMINES IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION THAT AN ENTRANT HAS ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN OR PROMOTED VOTER FRAUD THE ENTRANT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
