REFUNDS

We make returns easy. Download, complete and print the Return Authorization Form here, and include it in the return shipment. Returns must be in the same condition you received it and in the original box.

SHIPPING NOTES:

*DO NOT put any labels, tape, stickers or marking on the shoe box.

*The box and Return Authorization Form must be inside a shipping package.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Please allow three weeks for your return credit to be processed after we receive the products at our warehouse. You will receive notification via email when the return has been credited back to your card.

 

EXCHANGES

The warehouse does not send out exchanges automatically. Your credit card will be refunded once the warehouse receives and processes your return. You may reorder at any time as these are two separate transactions.
